- Refunds will be provided less a $25 administrative fee for cancellations made by July 28, 2017. Cancellations made after July 28, 2017 will NOT be refunded.
- To avoid cancellation fees, substitutions may be made at any time and must be submitted in writing to Florida’s Behavioral Health Conference, 2868-1 Mahan Dr., Tallahassee, FL 32308 or by emailing with Florida’s Behavioral Health Conference Cancellation/Substitution in the subject line of your email. Please include in the body of the email the registrants name and the name and contact information for the new registrant if a substitution is being made.
