Florida Behavioral Health Conference is happy to offer a group discount for 6 or more registrations purchased together by one organization or group.
We recognize that group registrations may need to pay with a PO or Check.
If you are not paying with a credit card please email firstname.lastname@example.org before you start the registration process to receive alternate instructions to process your registration order online.
****To Qualify for a member rate requires being a member of the Florida Behavioral Health Association (formerly the Florida Alcohol & Drug Abuse Association or Florida Council for Community Mental Health). This means that you are a member in good standing during the conference with your FY2019-2020 dues paid (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020). Failing to do be will result in getting invoiced for registration at a higher rate.
****By selecting a MEMBER registration rate you are confirming you are a member the Florida Behavioral Health Association (formerly the Florida Alcohol & Drug Abuse Association or Florida Council for Community Mental Health). Failing to do so will result in getting invoiced for registration at a higher rate.
****Group rates requires the purchase of 6 or more registrations in one transaction. By selecting a GROUP registration rate you are confirming you will be purchasing 6 or more registrations in one. Failing to do so will result in getting invoiced for registration at a higher rate.
***Requests for cancellations must be made via email to the Florida Behavioral Health Conference at or call 850.878.2196. A service fee of $25 will be deducted from all refund requests received by Friday, July 26, 2019. Registrants who do not cancel by Friday, July 26, 2019 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, July 26, 2019.
****Registrants unable to attend the conference may send an alternate. Substitution can be made online until 12pm on August 13, 2019. To make a substitution refer to edit registration info link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Onsite substitutions can be made but could be subject to a service fee of $20 for each substitution. Participant or organization will be responsible for the fee.
Don't lose your registrants: when registering multiple attendees, be sure to finalize and pay the registration fee before hitting "back" or attempting to edit registrant information or choices.
