BHCon2018 - Are You Prepared?

Just a few tips to make your experience at the Florida Behavioral Health Conference a success!

 

Parking: With close to 1400 attendees arriving at the conference it is important to allow yourself enough time to park and check in.We suggest allowing yourself an extra 30-45 minutes each morning.An excellent way to reduce traffic and be friendly to the environment is to carpool.

In order to assist you with a smooth arrival, please expect the following when arriving to Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.All vehicles will be screened by parking staff at the Hilton entrance. Overnight guests will be directed to the Hilton garage or Valet. Daily visitors will be directed to the Wyndham garage, which is located across the street from the hotel. Both hotels are an equal walking distance to the event's conference center, approximately 5 minute walk.

Attendees Staying Onsite:For those attendees staying at the conference hotel, overnight self-parking is complimentary.If you are looking for valet services, you will be directed to the Hilton Main Entrance and this service is an additional fee.

Attendees Driving In:All vehicles will be screened by a parking staff at the Hilton entrance. Daily visitors will be directed to the Wyndham garage, which is located across the street from the hotel (walking distance, approximately 5 minute walk.).The Florida Behavioral Health Conference has a special parking rate of $5/day for daily drive ins. Please present your badge when paying for parking in order to receive the discount.If you are looking for valet services, you will be directed to the Hilton Main Entrance.

Registration: Early Registration Check-In: We encourage anyone arriving on Tuesday, August 14 to take advantage of early check-in starting at 4:00pm and ending around 7:00pm. This will allow you to avoid the longer lines on Wednesday and possibly sleep in a bit.

Wednesday, August 15 Morning Registration:Registration will open at 7:00AM

Dining: Show your conference badge at any food and beverage outlet at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and receive 10% any food or beverage purchase (excludes grab and go meal discount).

You can also take advantage of the Grab & Go Discount Meal options we have set up in the Muse Cafe (located just off the hotel lobby).The 10% off discount is not available on top of this discount.

Breakfast 6:30AM-10:00AM: $7.95 includes Chef's Choice Hot Breakfast Sandwich and Hot Beverage

Hot Beverage options 12oz: Lavazza Drip,Café au Lait,Caffee Americano,Hot Tea

Lunch & Dinner 11:00AM-7:00PM: $9.95 includes Chef's Choice Sandwich & Chips or Salad

Make sure to show your badge and ask for the discount to ensure the savings is applied.

Breakfast Options:Start your day off right with one of the many breakfast options offered at Hilton Bonnet Creek likeRoom Service, Muse, or Harvest Bistro.Please allow extra time for Breakfast as close to 1400 people will attempting to eat this meal around the same time. Menus & Hours of operation can be found in the conference app.
