*Early arrivals and departures are discouraged as they may disrupt the set-up and break-down schedule. Exhibits with large crates or the need to lay the displays in the aisle to dismantle are required to wait until the official break-down time to disassemble displays in order to avoid mishaps.

Exhibit hours may be subject to change.
The exhibit schedule has been developed to coincide with attendees’ break times and to allow for the greatest traffic flow in the exhibit area. Exhibitors are advised to refer to the most up-to-date schedule as listed in the event program provided on-site.
